Well , that was something new.

So, this morning. I woke up to the sound of something that I never thought I'd hear in my neighborhood. Usually, I'd wake up to the sound of my alarm clock, cell phone buzzing, Mom saying goodbye for work, or the construction workers. This morning? Naahh none of those. Turns out, our neighbors just invested in a chicken coop. Yeah, This morning I was rudely awakened by the squawks of some extremely annoying feathered friends. Now, I have nothing against these birds..Hey, I love birds! But..When they're not baby chicks that make small peeps, and more like 25 Roosters and 10 grown up Chickens, the sound of them at 5 in the morning is really gonna piss you off on a summer morning. And of course, they have to be the neighbors with the sketchy house in the middle of the woods. Which is also the closest to mine.

OH! And here's the best part, my room is the one that faces the woods, and before I went to bed I opened up my windows. Of all nights I could've opened them..I picked the one where I'd hear the Rooster in the morning. The woods aren't very thick either, which made it alot easier for the sound to shoot right to my window. Great, right? I think today'll be a day for some room re-arranging..considering the fact that my bed's right under the window. Either that, or I'm gonna need to take my little brothers Nerf Gun for a while..
